I have asked for the evening delivery on the day, for which option was available and payment was taken. Yet, a few minutes later the message came, that it is not available tonight and can be done tomorrow from 9-13, when nobody home to receive this flowers. Very disappointed. Will change provider for the next occasion.

Why is it such a problem to provide photos of delivery? I requested and confirmed photos of delivery. Your company makes excuses. No photos = waste of customer who pays time and money. This is the 2nd time you have done this to me and I said I wouldn't use your services again. I will not make the same mistake a 3rd time
