I placed an order at 16:15 Local UKR time 31/12/2019 and at 17:15 i was informed that my order can not be delivered due to florist's inability to deliver. It's totally inconvenient from your site as providers, that you didn't have a notification on your page about the florist's inability to deliver. It's an important day of the year and some people are far away from their families, thus, some flowers make their mood a little bit better. A simple 'cannot be deliverd' is not an answer from professionals. Kharkov is a city of 2 million people, i don't think that all florists are not able to deliver at 17:00 ..
I want this to be noted down as an official complaint from a customer who was choosing you as reliable provider.

We are very sorry for the situation, but really all the florists of Kharkov ended their work till 5pm so we had no opportunity to deliver your order in the best way with reliable florist.
