I placed an order at 16:15 Local UKR time 31/12/2019 and at 17:15 i was informed that my order can not be delivered due to florist's inability to deliver. It's totally inconvenient from your site as providers, that you didn't have a notification on your page about the florist's inability to deliver. It's an important day of the year and some people are far away from their families, thus, some flowers make their mood a little bit better. A simple 'cannot be deliverd' is not an answer from professionals. Kharkov is a city of 2 million people, i don't think that all florists are not able to deliver at 17:00 .. I want this to be noted down as an official complaint from a customer who was choosing you as reliable provider. Thank you in advance, Best wishes for a Happy New Year 2020
