the order was on 15/02, but i didn't get it on time from 10-18 and they even didn't call to say that...

the order was on 15/02, but i didn't get it on time from 10-18 and they even didn't call to say that they will not be on time today at 15.00 on 16th of February i still didn't get it and the woman on hot line is not giving information by the way the order was paid 05/02 NEVER order suprises like this! It's terrible delivery, service and attitude to clients

Very bad service for 2 times in a row. I ordered flowers, chocolate and a balloon for Valentine’s Day 3 days before and they delivered it in the evening of the next day (15.02.21). When I complained in the morning of 15.02 that they didn’t deliver on Valentine’s Day two different consultants in online chat promised me a box of chocolates as compensation when they deliver it but NOTHING was delivered additionally ... very bad, never again!
