I will for sure never use your service again. First of all, the confirmation e-mail I received after my order was absolutely unclear. I ordered a delivery for Odessa, but the website showed it was for Kiev. The date of previous delivery was not clear either. But most of all, you forgot to attach the letter that I wrote with my order. Then the recipient didn't know that the present was from me !!!! Never again.
