My husband ordered flowers for me on 8th of March to surprised me and made me happy. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive flowers on that special day. The order costed 44£, and after all day calling and asking what’s going on only late evening they responded” we can’t deliver today it will be tomorrow with a box of chocolates as an apology “. The next day, late afternoon I received 9 almost dead flowers with a broken toy and the cheapest box of chocolates. I was very disappointed and upset. My day was ruined because of this company. My husband and I will never again use this service.
